Prepare Your Package
Ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached; place them securely in the original shipping mailer or a box of your choice.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
